Saw red bananas at the fruit shop and got curious. Usually i eat the normal yellow ones but my saas says red one is more healthy for pregnant women. Is it really ok to have?

Red bananas are great but sometimes they are hard to find and costlier in local markets. Normal yellow bananas work just as well for nutrition and budget, so don't stress if you can't find them.
My MIL insists that red bananas are amazing for baby's growth and blood levels. She gets them fresh for me and makes sure I eat one daily with my evening snack.
I am in my 2nd trimester and really want to try red bananas, but I'm slightly anxious if they produce too much body heat. Has anyone else eaten them regularly during pregnancy?
