Its regi pandu season here and i really want to eat some, they look so tempting in the market. But my MIL said better avoid in pregnancy. Is it actually okay to have a few?
Haan beta thoda kha sakti ho, ber is a normal fruit. Bas achhe se dho lena aur khatti cheez zyada mat khao agar acidity hoti ho. Sab cheez limit me theek rehti hai.
Its a normal fruit so fine in small amounts, but it can be a bit sugary when very ripe. I had to watch fruits coz of my sugar, so if thats a concern for u too, just check portion with ur doctor.
Regi pandu (ber) is fine in moderation, my mom gave me a few, its tangy and nice for those cravings. Just wash really well and dont eat too many at once. If u have sugar issues then ask doctor.
