got some fresh chikoo at home and was about to eat but then wondered if its okay now. im 20 weeks. some fruits people say avoid so just want to be sure about this one. anyone?
It is good but quite sweet, so i had to limit it after my GD diagnosis. If your sugar is fine then enjoy in moderation. Anyone with sugar issues should ask their doctor on quantity.
Sapota is lovely, my amma encouraged me to eat it for energy during pregnancy. Its sweet and gives good nutrients. Just dont overeat since its sugary, and you can always check portions with your doctor.
Yes chikoo is fine and healthy, i ate it both times. Just wash it well and dont go overboard because its high in natural sugar. Otherwise totally good.
