I love soya chaap and was about to order from outside but then stopped myself. Not sure if its safe to have now, especially the restaurant wala one. Anyone had it during pregnancy?
Soya chaap is okay occasionally but its usually fried and oily when ordered outside, so I was careful. Since I had sugar issues, I kept such heavy restaurant food limited. If made lightly at home its better.
Actually I ate it once in a while yaar, just not the super spicy oily kind from outside. Home made and less masala is fine. Just dont make it a daily thing na.
