I know maggi and wai wai arent the healthiest but the craving is so real right now yaar. Just want to have a little. Is it okay once in a while during pregnancy or should i fully avoid?
On busy days I get the temptation too. What I did was eat it rarely and balance with fruit and dal the rest of the day. Just dont rely on it as a meal regularly yaar.
Once in a while as a treat is okay, it wont harm. But these instant noodles have a lot of salt and no real nutrition. Dont make it a daily thing, your body needs proper food now.
Honestly I craved wai wai so badly in my first trimester, haha. I had it occasionally and just added some veggies and egg to make it less guilty. Cravings are real but I kept it once a week.
