Im 10 weeks and i used to go gym regularly before this. Really missing my workouts and feeling lazy whole day. Is it ok to continue or should i stop completely? want to know what you all did.
If your pregnancy is normal and doctor allows, light exercise is good. But skip the heavy lifting and high impact stuff. I just did walks and stretches both times, kept me active.
I kept going for light workouts and walking but only after my doctor gave green signal. No heavy weights or intense cardio for me. Prenatal yoga was my favourite, gentle and safe.
Please get your gynac's go ahead first, every pregnancy is different. Some need to take it easy depending on their condition. Once approved, light and supervised is the way.
