Im 4 months and craving green grapes badly but my saas said avoid grapes during pregnancy. Got confused yaar, are they actually fine to eat? How much is ok?
Eat them if you want, just wash them like your life depends on it! I survived on random fruit cravings, and now I barely have time to eat a banana before my baby starts crying.
My mother-in-law told me to avoid grapes because they cause heat, but my gynac said eating a few well-washed green grapes is absolutely fine and healthy. Always trust what your doctor advises!
Oh, I totally understand how stressful it is to worry about every single bite you take! Green grapes are generally fine, but just wash them really well to remove any chemicals.
I think having them in small amounts is okay, but I am also a bit shy to ask my elders about all these food rules. Maybe check with your doctor once to be safe.
I was actually reading up on this because we are planning to conceive soon! Apparently, they are fine in moderation but some people say to avoid too many grapes because of heat or pesticides.
