I bought pumpkin seeds for snacking because I get hungry between meals. They seem healthy but I dont know if they are okay daily in pregnancy. Did you eat them?
My app listed pumpkin seeds as a good pregnancy snack for iron and zinc. I added them to my morning bowl. Just portion control coz seeds are calorie dense, otherwise great choice.
Yes I had pumpkin seeds through my pregnancy, good for iron and zinc and a nice snack. Just keep it a handful, dont overdo nuts and seeds. I'd sprinkle them on curd or salad.
Totally fine and actually quite healthy, good magnesium and protein. Just have them in moderation, a small handful a day is plenty. Roasted or raw both okay, just not loads at once.
Loved munching these when I wanted something crunchy that wasn't junk haha. Healthy and tasty. Mix pumpkin, sunflower seeds together, makes a nice little snack mix for those evening cravings.
