I get really bad headaches and earlier i used to just pop a saridon. Now that im pregnant im scared to take anything without asking. I plan to check with my gynac but wanted to know what others do for headaches.
Please dont take Saridon on ur own during pregnancy, it has combinations that arent recommended. For a headache, call ur gynac and ask what's safe for u, they usually suggest something specific. Self medication is the one thing I'd really warn against.
I asked my gynac about painkillers and she clearly said no random combination tablets like Saridon. She said only paracetamol if truly needed, and to check with her first each time. Many headache meds arent advised in pregnancy, so dont take Saridon without a doctor's go-ahead.
