My MIL made til ke laddoo and im 6 weeks now. Someone told me til is not good in early pregnancy so now im scared to eat even one. Is it actually a problem or just a myth?
I completely understand why you are asking this, I was so terrified of eating anything 'hot' like til during my first trimester! Honestly, a small bite won't hurt, but if it's causing you anxiety, just avoid it for a few weeks to keep your peace of mind.
Unless you are eating a whole bucket of til laddus at once, you and your baby are totally fine! Just have a small bite if you are craving it, no need to stress so much.
Oh, I totally feel you, every single food choice feels like a major risk when you first conceive. Til balls are fine in very tiny amounts, but if you feel nervous, it's absolutely okay to skip them for now.
I literally panicked and cried after accidentally eating a til laddu in my 6th week! But my gynac laughed and said a little bit of sesame is totally safe. So don't worry, nothing will happen.
