Fresh sugarcane juice in moderation is fine, it gave me a nice energy lift. The only rule is clean and freshly pressed, not stored. Watch the sugar if you have any sugar issues.
If you have it, only from a clean stall yaar, roadside ones can have hygiene issues. I made fresh at home when possible. Not worth a stomach infection during pregnancy.
I had to skip it once I got GD because the sugar is very high. If your sugars are fine then occasional fresh one is okay. Please get your levels checked before making it a habit.
