Bit of an awkward thing to ask but here goes. Im in my second trimester and me and my husband are unsure if its safe or if we should wait till delivery. Asking gynac feels shy. Anyone comfortable sharing?
For most uncomplicated pregnancies its okay and quite normal. Just take your comfort into account and confirm with your gynac if youve had any complications. Every pregnancy is different so personalised advice is best.
In a normal healthy pregnancy its generally safe, the baby is well cushioned. If you have spotting, a low placenta or a high risk pregnancy, then ask your doctor first. Comfort and good positions matter as you grow.
