Im in my 5th month and one wisdom tooth is paining like crazy, cant even chew properly. Scared about the procedure and any medicine they might give. Did anyone get it removed while pregnant?

I actually had terrible wisdom tooth pain in my second trimester and went to my dentist. They said they try to avoid extractions because of the anesthesia and medicines needed after, so they just gave me a safe temporary treatment and told me to wait till delivery for removal.
