I'm trying to conceive and often feel a bit low on energy, so I was thinking of taking Dexorange syrup. Is it safe to take it while trying to get pregnant?
I am also planning to conceive soon and my doctor told me to start folic acid first. Does Dexorange help with egg quality too, or is it just for iron levels? I will ask my doctor in the next visit.
Dexorange is very good for raising iron and folic acid levels which actually helps a lot when you are trying to conceive. I took it for my low Hb and it kept my energy high throughout. It's safe, but let your gynac decide the dosage.
Ghar pe mummy hamesha bolti thi ki blood levels acche hone chahiye pehle se hi. My doctor had prescribed an iron supplement during my pre-conception checkup. It is always better to get your blood tests done first and let your family doctor guide you on this.
I focus mostly on clean green veggies and a daily 30-minute walk to keep my iron levels high naturally. But if you have deficiency, medicine is important. Do check with your doctor before taking it, and don't skip your light exercises if you are physically active.
Honestly, my hemoglobin was low, so my gynac prescribed Dexorange during my first trimester too. Are you planning to take it for anemia, or did your doctor recommend it specifically for conceiving?
