Getting really bad acidity these days, like burning all night. I used to take pan 40 before pregnancy but now im scared to take anything without asking. Did your doc allow it?
Some doctors do prescribe acid reducers in pregnancy, but it really must be on their advice, not self started. Just message or call your gynac, they'll tell you quickly what's okay for you.

Please dont take pan 40 on your own. I had bad acidity and my doctor decided what was safe for me. Even common medicines should be doctor approved in pregnancy.
Acidity in pregnancy is the worst I know. But for the medicine part, let your doctor decide, mine gave me something safe when I asked. Meanwhile small frequent meals and not lying down right after eating helped me a lot.
