We have a family wedding back home and its about a 6 hour journey. Im entering my 7th month now and a little nervous about sitting so long. Did anyone travel around this time, how was it?
My doctor said up to around 7 months travel is usually safe for low risk pregnancies, but many airlines ask for a fit-to-fly note later on. Keep your reports handy, stay hydrated and move your legs often to avoid swelling. Confirm with your own doctor as cases differ.
I traveled in my 7th month for work, was fine but I planned smart. Aisle seat, frequent stretching, light bags only, and I checked with my gynac before booking. Realistically dont overpack your schedule, give buffer time.
Depends a lot on your case. I had some complications so my doctor advised against long travel, but for a smooth pregnancy it's usually fine. Please get a quick okay from your gynac, especially for flights.
Generally 7th month is okay if your pregnancy is normal and doctor clears you. Take breaks on road trips, keep walking little, carry your reports and water. Avoid very long uncomfortable journeys though.
