I have to take an auto to my office daily and the roads here are so bumpy yaar. now that im pregnant im worried about all the jerking. is it ok to keep traveling like this or should i avoid? im about 14 weeks.
Yaar I traveled by auto plenty, actually it was unavoidable in the city. Just avoid the bumpy potholed roads and tell the driver to go slow. Hold the bar and sit steady, you will be fine.
Autos were my main transport during pregnancy too. I just picked smoother routes and avoided rush hour jerks. Short rides are okay, just sit carefully and dont travel on really rough roads.
Short auto rides are usually fine in a normal pregnancy, but be careful on bumpy roads especially later on. If you have any complications, ask your gynac first. Sudden jolts are the thing to avoid.
