Can we travel in flight during 1st month of pregnancy?
I have a family function in another city next week and im barely 4 weeks. Thoda scared if flying so early is fine ya not. Planning to call my doc but wanted to hear from others too.
Unless you are planning to fly the plane yourself, flight travel is usually completely fine in the first month, haha! Just carry a sick bag in case morning sickness decides to join you mid-air. Check with your doc once to be double-sure, and have a safe trip!
I traveled during my first month with both of my kids and had absolutely no issues. Flight travel doesn't cause miscarriages, but high altitude can make you feel more dehydrated and nauseous. Drink plenty of water, walk around the cabin, and ask your gynac for a safe nausea medicine before boarding.
Yaar, honestly, don't stress too much about flying so early on. It's totally safe as long as you don't have any bleeding or cramping, but seriously, check with your gynac first just to be relaxed. Carry your water bottle, wear comfy clothes, and enjoy your travel!
During my early pregnancy, I asked my doctor about flying and they gave me the green light after a quick scan. Just stay hydrated and don't lift heavy luggage at the airport, let your husband handle that! Taking care of your body early on helps so much with a smooth delivery and recovery later.
