Can we travel in flight during first trimester of pregnancy?
My family has a wedding coming up, and it involves a flight journey. I'm in my first trimester, and I'm not sure if it's safe to travel by flight. Can we travel in a flight during the first trimester of pregnancy, or should I avoid it?

In my experience, first-trimester travel is fine if you don't have severe morning sickness. Just wear comfortable clothes and compression socks. Always confirm with your doctor first.
When I got pregnant, I traveled by flight to stay with my parents. My doctor told me it's totally safe as long as there is no spotting. It was a very comfortable journey.
Flying with first-trimester nausea is a different level of torture, honestly! Make sure you keep vomit bags handy. But medically, as long as your doctor says your pregnancy is stable, you can fly.
If you have to fly, book an aisle seat so you can easily go to the restroom. Keep your medical files in your cabin bag and drink lots of water. Check with your doctor once before you go.
