Strong smells are bothering me but I still want to use little perfume when going office. Someone told me sprays are not good in pregnancy and now I am confused. Did you avoid perfumes completely?
Haha yes you can still smell nice while pregnant, baby wont mind. Just maybe dont bathe in it, especially if morning sickness is around. Light spritz and you're good.
Yes you can use perfume normally, a few sprays are fine. Just spray on clothes not directly heavy on skin if u have sensitive skin. Nothing to worry about here.
I could use it but honestly in first trimester strong perfumes made my nausea worse, the smell would hit me. So I switched to a light mild one. See how ur stomach reacts, that matters more than safety here.
Normal perfume use is generally fine, no need to stop. If u have any skin allergy or asthma maybe go for milder ones. When in doubt a quick word with ur doc settles it.
