Can white discharge be a sign of early pregnancy?

Period is due in a couple days but ive been noticing more white discharge than normal this week. Trying not to get my hopes up but curious. Did this happen to anyone before they found out they were pregnant?

I noticed more white discharge before my missed period and got so worried. Did others have this too? My gynac later said it was completely normal in early pregnancy.

My doctor explained that hormones increase the discharge in early pregnancy, so a thin milky white type is usually fine. But if it itches, smells bad or is yellow/green, get it checked. Mine was just normal and harmless.

Yes it can be, increased milky white discharge is pretty common early on. But it's not a confirm sign on its own, plenty of normal cycle stuff causes it too. Take a test if your period is late.
