Bit of an awkward question but had to ask somewhere. Im 16 weeks and me and hubby are confused if its safe ya we should avoid it fully. My pregnancy is going normal, no issues till now. Anyone with experience pls share, thoda hesitant to ask my gynac directly.
We had sex throughout my second and early third trimester and had no issues at all. Just had to try different comfortable positions as the belly grew. I just delivered last month and everything went super smooth.
Due to my history of miscarriage, we completely avoided it to be on the safer side. It's better to talk to your doctor and if you feel even slightly unsure, just take a break for some time. Mental peace is also very important.
Ghar pe toh saas directly mana hi kar deti hai humesha in matters like this! But honestly my doctor said it's totally fine in a normal pregnancy. Just do whatever makes you feel comfortable and ignore the old myths.
Looking back, I remember being so worried about this too. My kid is a toddler now and completely healthy! Unless your gynac has told you to abstain, it is totally fine and safe.
Arey sex is fine but sleep is the real luxury you need to focus on right now! My doctor said it's completely safe to do it. But trust me, once the baby comes, you wont get any time or energy for this, so sleep as much as u can now!
Even I am in my second trimester now and was so scared of this initially. Is anyone else also super anxious about hurting the baby? My doc said it's completely safe but still, the fear is real. Pls let me know.
Honestly, sex is fine but my mind is 100% on sweet cravings right now, haha! My gynac said normal intercourse is absolutely okay unless there are complications. Just eat well and listen to your body first.
Please check with your gynac once before doing anything. Everyone's pregnancy is different, so what's safe for others might not be for you. Safety first always, so ask your doc in the next scan.
