Can you bleach your face during pregnancy?

I have a family function coming up and i usually get my face bleached before such events. But im 4 months pregnant now and suddenly worried if the chemicals are okay. Anyone did facial bleach during pregnancy?

I'd be cautious. Skin is extra reactive and some products have chemicals you don't want absorbing. If you really want to, please run it by your doctor first, I wouldn't do it on my own.

Skin gets really sensitive in pregnancy so bleach can cause more reaction than usual. I'd say skip it or atleast do a patch test first. Honestly best to just ask your gynac, mine told me to avoid strong chemicals on face.

I switched to simple stuff like besan and curd ubtan during my pregnancy instead of bleach, felt safer. But that's just me. For anything chemical on the face I'd check with the doc.

Yaar I avoided it the whole time, just didn't want to risk irritation. Pregnancy glow anyway aa jaata hai sometimes lol. Don't stress over it, you can do all this after delivery na.
