Can you check pregnancy before missed period?

I'm really anxious to know if I'm pregnant. Is there any way to check for pregnancy even before my period is actually missed, like a very early test?

Pehle check karke kit wasted mat karo yaar, pregnancy kits free nahi aate! Safe side ke liye missed period ke 4-5 din baad hi test karo. Double khushi ke liye thoda toh wait banta hai na!

Before missed period test karna is not a good idea, reports confuse kar sakti hain. Meri cycle unstable rehti thi isliye i know early testing kitna dimaag kharab karti hai. Better stay positive and wait till the due date.

I can totally feel that restless waiting phase, dil bilkul bechain rehta hai na. Maine bhi pehle hi check kar liya tha par negative aaya phir rote rhi, bad me positive aaya jab period miss hua. Apne emotions ko thoda rest do aur missed period tak ruko please.
