Sperm can live up to about 5 days inside, so if u ovulate early it can meet an egg even from sex right after periods. Bodies dont follow the textbook 14 day rule exactly. So never count it as 100 percent safe.

Haan it is possible, less likely but possible. If u have a shorter cycle, ovulation can come early and sperm can survive a few days. So just after period is not a fully safe time. Cycles vary a lot person to person.
