My app showed ovulation yesterday and we tried only that day. Now I am wondering if we missed the better timing before it. Has anyone conceived from trying on ovulation day itself?
Yes, ovulation day and the days just before it are actually the best chance. I was tracking mine too. The few days leading up to ovulation matter a lot also.
Yes you can, the fertile window is real. I just want to gently say dont pressure urself if it doesnt happen in one or two months, it took us time. Be kind to yourself in this phase.

Haan u can. Sperm can survive a few days inside too, so the days before ovulation also count. Don't stress timing too much though, that itself can mess with cycles.
