My dadi keeps checking my wrist and says she can tell from the pulse that im expecting. This was even before my test came back. Is there any truth to this or just an old wives tale? curious to know.
Beta the elders used to say they could feel it in the nadi, but honestly that is not dependable. In our time too the real confirmation was the doctor. Better to do a proper test than guess.
No sis, pulse rate cannot tell you if you are pregnant, that is just an old belief. The only sure ways are a urine test or blood test. Dont waste time on pulse checking, just buy a kit.
Pulse can rise a little in pregnancy but it is not a reliable sign, many things change your pulse. A home test after a missed period is the proper way to know. Dont rely on the nadi check, take the test.
