Everyone around me keeps telling me to drink nariyal pani daily saying its good for the baby. I do like it but drinking it everyday feels like too much? Just wanted to check if its actually fine to have regularly.
Yes absolutely, it's great. Good for hydration and acidity too. I had it through both my pregnancies. Just dont rely only on it, plain water bhi peena hai.
Of course, nariyal pani is so good during pregnancy. My amma made me drink it almost daily, keeps you hydrated and fresh. Just fresh tender coconut, not the packaged sugary ones.
It's healthy but it does have natural sugar, so I kept it to one a day when I had GD. For most people it's perfectly fine and refreshing. If you have sugar issues just check with doc on quantity.
