I used to be quite active before pregnancy and really miss my workouts. Now that I'm pregnant, I'm not sure what's safe. Can I continue to exercise during pregnancy, and if so, what kind of exercises are generally recommended?
My tracker app suggested 150 minutes of moderate activity like walking per week, but only after getting the green light from my doctor. Keeping active really helped my mood!
After my IVF journey, I was extremely cautious and didn't do any exercise other than very slow walks. Be very gentle with your body and ask your doctor first.
I only did gentle walking because my doctor said it keeps blood circulation good. Taking it easy helped me prepare for my C-section delivery and recovery later.
