We just started trying for a baby and i love doing yoga in the morning. Not sure if i should continue normally or avoid certain poses during this time. Anyone who kept doing yoga while ttc?
During our trying journey gentle yoga and pranayama kept me sane honestly, the stress can be a lot. Keep it light and calming rather than pushing hard. And if you are under any fertility treatment, just confirm the poses with your doctor.
Absolutely you can, beta, soft yoga and walking are wonderful while trying to conceive. Just dont strain or hold breath in hard poses. Keep it relaxed, the calmer you are the better.
