Tested positive last week but im seeing some bleeding now that almost feels like my period coming. Honestly confused and a little scared. Is it possible to actually get periods while pregnant? im going to call my doctor but wanted to ask here too.
I had some bleeding early on and it scared me, turned out okay but my gynac wanted to see me immediately. So please dont assume any bleeding is just a period. Get it checked to be safe.
My doctor explained that you dont get true periods once pregnant, but some women get spotting or light bleeding that looks like a period. Thats different from actual menstruation. Any bleeding in pregnancy should be reported to the gynac though.
No proper period during pregnancy. What people see is spotting or implantation bleeding which is lighter. If you have heavy bleeding thats not normal, call your doctor right away.
