Just got my positive and im barely 4 weeks but i already feel sore breasts and so tired all the time. Part of me thinks its too early and im imagining things. Did u feel anything this soon?
Yes you can. At 4 weeks i already felt sore breasts and so tired, i kept yawning the whole day. Some women feel nothing at all that early though, so dont worry either way. Bodies are all different.

Haan yaar totally possible, actually at 4 weeks i was super bloated and my smell sense went crazy. But honestly some ladies feel zero symptoms, so dont read too much into it either way.
