Can you have signs of pregnancy before a missed period?

Period is still 5 days away but i already feel different, sore breasts and a bit tired all the time. Is it possible to feel symptoms this early or am i just imagining because we are trying? anyone experienced this?

Haan some feel early symptoms, some feel nothing at all, both are normal. With one of mine I had zero signs till the test. A test after the missed date is still the most reliable way to know.

I think I felt sore breasts and tiredness even before my period was due. Did others notice signs that early too? I keep wondering if I imagined it or not.

Yes some women do, like tender breasts, tiredness or feeling off. But honestly these are also PMS signs so don't read too much into them. Wait and test after your missed period for a clear answer.
