We are TTC since 3 months and im a regular runner, 4-5 km types. Now im scared running might lower my chances or affect something. Should I cut it down yaar? anyone who kept running while trying?
Actually apps pe maine padha tha ki moderate running is absolutely fine if your body is already used to it. Smartwatch or tracker se apna heart rate maintain rakho, zyada strain nahi hona chahiye. Doctor se regular health checkup me ek baar discuss kar lena.
Mujhe lagta hai thoda light jogging safe hai, par heavy running se shayad physical stress pad sakta hai body pe. Main bhi conceiving ki try kar rahi hu toh thoda dhyan rakhti hu ki jyada load na padhe.
Workout toh theek hai par physical activities ke sath apna thyroid aur hormonal levels bhi check karate rehna. Mera thyroid issues ki wajah se conception me delay ho raha tha, isliye regular checkups bohot zaroori hain physical strain lene se pehle.
Meri gynac ne kaha tha ki trying to conceive ke time extreme exercises ya heavy running nahi karni chahiye agar aapki body physically habituated nahi hai pehle se. Regular high-intensity cardio se ovulation thoda affect ho sakta hai. Unhone simple brisk walking ya light yoga suggest kiya tha safe side rehne ke liye.
If you have been running regularly before, there's no reason to stop. Just scale back the intensity so you aren't completely drained or exhausted. Listen to your body and keep your doctor in the loop.
Beta, jab naye mehman ke liye koshish kar rahe ho toh thoda dheere hi chalna achha hai. Bhag-daud karne se sharir pe unnecessary jor padta hai. Subah ki thandi hawa me bas ghoom liya karo, wo sabse badhiya hai.
Haan yaar, bilkul kar sakte ho par limit me hi rehna na. Aisa nahi ki thak ke choor ho jao, body ko extra exhaust nahi karna hai is phase me. Warm up acche se karna aur paani peete rehna hamesha.
Honestly agar body comfortable hai toh low impact running theek hai. But meri morning sickness itni buri thi ki TTC ke time se hi mujhe low energy feel hoti thi. Apne comfort ke hisab se decision lo aur khud ko exhaustion se bachao.
Active rehna bohot sahi hai, but running tabhi karna agar doctor ne checkup ke baad explicitly allow kiya ho. Maine toh TTC aur pregnancy me walks aur mild yoga hi kiya tha doc ke kehne par. Kisi bhi tarah ka risk lena is time sahi nahi hota.
Abhi toh main 2 kadam chalne me hi haanf jati hu, running ka toh sochna bhi door ki baat hai mere liye! But seriously, jab main conceive karne ka try kar rahi thi, tab light walking karti thi. Just don't overdo running, apni body ki suno.
Bhag lo behan abhi jitna bhagna hai, baad me toh baby ke peeche hi bhagna padega bina soye poore din! Personally, trying to conceive ke time normal brisk walk is much safer and less tiring. Kyu faltu me exhaustion badhana jab aage bohot energy chahiye.
Meri saas toh mujhe pregnancy aur TTC dono time halke-fulke chalne ko hi bolti thi, heavy exercise ka naam sunte hi chilla deti thin! Unka kehna tha ki is time body ko calm aur soft rakhna chahiye ghar pe. Unki baat me thoda logic toh hai hi waise.
