Can you take paracetamol while trying to conceive?

We are TTC since 2 months and i got a bad headache yesterday. Was about to take a tablet but then thought na, what if im already pregnant and dont know. Anyone faced this confusion?

Actually even I want to know this because severe headache normal hai kya TTC me? Mujhe lagta hai we should play safe and try avoiding medicines. Did any doctor tell u it is totally safe?

Mujhe toh jab bhi mild pain hota, I just had nice warm soup and slept. Honestly, avoiding medicines is best during this phase. Why take risk when u can cure it with good food and rest?

Honestly, trying ke time be careful with any pill. If I had a mild fever or headache, I used to prefer ginger tea or just resting. Better to avoid popping pills unless really needed.
