Im 4 months along and honestly enjoying reading about all the changes happening inside. Thought it would be fun if we share some interesting pregnancy facts here that we didnt know before. drop the ones that surprised you the most.
I learnt that the baby can recognise your voice after birth because they heard it inside. When my newborn calmed down hearing me talk, I just melted. Still gives me goosebumps.
Fun one, baby can hiccup inside the belly and you can actually feel little rhythmic jerks. First time I thought something was wrong, turned out lil one just had hiccups haha.
Did you know feet can grow a size during pregnancy and sometimes stay that way? Happened to me, had to buy new chappals after both babies. Body changes in funny ways.
Interesting one my doctor told me, your blood volume increases almost 50 percent during pregnancy. Thats partly why we feel tired and out of breath. Body does so much behind the scenes.
My app taught me babys taste buds develop early and they can taste what you eat through the fluid. Also baby starts hearing your voice around 2nd trimester, I loved that fact.
