First time pregnant and im honestly overwhelmed with all the advice coming from every side, everyone says different things. Just want a simple list of basic dos and donts. Pls share what u followed.
I kept a little checklist on my app, take prenatal vitamins, drink water, track movements later on. Avoid raw or undercooked food and too much caffeine. The app reminders honestly kept me on track.
Do eat well, take your folic acid, walk daily and sleep enough. Dont smoke, dont self medicate, and dont lift heavy stuff. Honestly common sense plus your gynac's advice covers most of it.
Eat, rest, walk a bit, take your vitamins, and most of all dont stress too much yaar. The list of dos and donts can feel endless but you dont need to be perfect. Just be sensible and enjoy it.
Eat home cooked fresh food, stay hydrated and keep your mind calm, my family always stressed peace of mind. Avoid skipping meals and avoid stress as much as you can. And whatever your doctor says, follow that first.
