Do cadbury chocolates safe while trying to conceive?
I have such a sweet tooth and cant resist my dairy milk haha. We are ttc right now so just wanna be sure chocolate is fine and not messing anything up. Anyone knows?
Honestly, as someone with PCOS, my gynac advised me to watch my sugar intake very carefully, even when just trying to conceive. So, Cadbury in moderation is probably fine, but maybe don't make it an everyday thing. Focus on overall healthy eating.
Generally, a little bit of chocolate is absolutely fine! The main thing to avoid is excessive sugar and caffeine. A small Cadbury bar once in a while won't hurt your chances. Just focus on a balanced diet overall, with plenty of fruits and veggies.
My doctor actually said that moderate caffeine intake is generally okay when trying to conceive, and dark chocolate is even considered good because of antioxidants. Cadbury milk chocolates have less caffeine. Just don't go overboard with the sugar, but a small treat is perfectly fine and shouldn't affect anything.
See, generally, for conception, doctors tell you to lead a very healthy lifestyle. While a little chocolate isn't probably a big issue, if you're concerned about anything, it's best to discuss your diet with your gynac. They can give personalized advice based on your health.
Oh my god, Cadbury! My absolute weakness, haha! When you're trying to conceive, your body isn't actually pregnant yet, so you can enjoy your treats. Everything in moderation is the key. Don't deprive yourself completely, a little bit of chocolate makes everyone happy!
Haan beta, why not? Thoda sa chocolate kha sakte ho. Bas bahut zyada mat khao. Sab kuch balance mein theek rehta hai. Khush raho, tension mat lo. Thoda sa meetha toh mann ko acha lagata hai.
