Do early pregnancy cramps feel like you have to poop?
Im around 5 weeks and getting this weird lower belly cramp that honestly feels like i need to go to the toilet but then nothing. Its confusing me so much. Did anyone else feel this kind of thing early on?
Mild cramps like that can be normal, but I'll say be alert, if its strong, one sided, or with any bleeding, please call your gynac. I had cramping once that needed checking. The mild dull kind is usually just stretching though.
Omg yes yaar, that weird low cramp that feels like loo pressure, I had it too. Mostly its just everything stretching and shifting. Dont stress, but if it turns sharp do ring your doc.
Honestly yes, in my early weeks I felt this dull pulling cramp low down and sometimes it did feel like I needed the loo. I panicked a bit but it turned out to be normal stretching. It eased off as weeks passed.
Same here, and a lot of it for me was actually constipation, which pregnancy loves to give. More water and fibre eased that pressure feeling a lot. If it's just mild and passes, its usually nothing.
Yeah, early cramps can feel like period pain or that need-to-poop heaviness, its the uterus stretching plus pregnancy slows digestion so gas adds to it. Pretty common. Just watch out if it gets sharp or comes with bleeding.
