First time pregnant here, just entered second trimester. My MIL has a 100 rules and the internet says different things so im totally confused yaar. Can experienced mommas share the real basic dos and donts?
Beta in our time we said eat ghar ka khana, rest properly and stay happy. A little walking is good. But I always tell the girls in our family, for medicines and serious doubts, doctor ki baat maano, not just purane nuskhe.
I kept my mind calm, prayed a little and stayed positive, it really helped me through. Eat well, sleep well and avoid stress as much as u can. Take care of urself and trust ur doctor for the rest.
I followed a pregnancy app that gave weekly dos and donts, super helpful for a first timer. It reminded me of appointments and safe foods. Just dont believe every scary thing online, cross check with ur gynac.
Dos, take ur supplements, eat balanced, rest, stay lightly active, keep ur checkups. Donts, no smoking, no alcohol, no self medication, dont skip meals. Beyond that dont let everyone scare u with a hundred restrictions, listen to ur doctor.
