Do pregnancy symptoms start before or after missed period?

My period is due in like 4 days and im already feeling tired and slightly nauseous, breasts feel sore too. Cant tell if im just imagining it because we are trying or if it can really start this early. Anyone noticed signs before the missed period?

Haan mere case me period miss hone se pehle hi nausea start ho gaya tha. But my sis felt nothing till almost 6 weeks, so dono ho sakta hai na.

Mostly symptoms can start around the time of missed period or a little after, when hcg rises. Some women feel nothing for weeks though, totally normal. A test after the missed period gives the clearest answer.

It really differs. First time I had zero symptoms till after the missed period, second time I felt nauseous a few days before. Body does its own thing every pregnancy.
