5 weeks now and my stomach feels so heavy and tight, not able to go properly for 3 days. Is this a pregnancy thing or am i eating something wrong? anyone else faced this in starting?

I soaked some raisins overnight and ate them in morning, plus warm water, it helped me go easier. Lots of veggies and water too. But if it gets really bad pls ask your doctor before any laxative.
Oh yes very common, the hormones slow your digestion. Drink lots of water, eat fibre like fruits and oats, and move around a bit. That sorted it out for me mostly.
