These few days i keep feeling chilly even when no one else in the house is cold. Im newly pregnant, maybe 5 weeks. is feeling cold normal in the beginning or is it just me being weird?
Honestly I felt more hot than cold, but a few days I felt chilly out of nowhere. I think the hormones just mess with your body temperature. Everyone seems to experience it differently.
My gynac said temperature fluctuations can happen due to hormones, some feel warm, some feel cold. By itself feeling cold isnt a strong pregnancy sign. But if you have chills with fever, thats different and needs checking.
I kept feeling cold and worried I was falling sick. Turned out it was just early pregnancy hormones doing their thing. Once I relaxed about it, it didnt bother me as much.
