Im only like 7 weeks and my lower back already hurts thoda. I thought back pain comes later in pregnancy na, so getting confused. Is this normal so early or am i overthinking?
Haha, wait till you have two of them stretching your back out! Yes, early back pain is very common because progesterone relaxes your ligaments. Keep a hot water bag handy, but make sure it is not too hot on your belly.
Oh god, yes! My back pain started in the first trimester itself and now in my third trimester, I feel like an 80-year-old grandmother crawling out of bed! It is completely normal as your body is adjusting, just try to get a nice massage from your husband.
Haan behan, shuruat mein kamar dukhna bilkul aam baat hai kyunki sharir mein badlav aate hain. Thodi der seedhe let kar aaram karo aur bhari cheezein bilkul mat uthana abhi.
I delivered just a few weeks ago and I remember having lower back pain from week 6 itself. What really helped me was avoiding sitting in the same posture for too long and doing very gentle stretches. It gets better, don't worry.
According to my pregnancy tracker, back pain in the first trimester is caused by a surge of progesterone which loosens your joints and pelvic bones. Keeping track of my posture and wearing supportive flats instead of heels made a huge difference early on.
