Im around 5 weeks and getting these mild cramps on and off, kind of like period pain. It worries me a little since im a first timer. Is this something normal in the beginning?
I had little cramps in the start and kept googling like crazy. Did you feel them low in the belly too? Mine were mild and my doctor said it's normal stretching, which finally calmed me down.
Haan na, halke cramps to hote hi hain shuru me, jaise periods wale. Mere saath bhi tha. Bas tez dard ya khoon dikhe to turant gynac ko dikha dena, baaki normal hai.
Light cramps yes, many of us get them. But I'll say this gently, if the pain is strong, stays on one side, or there's any bleeding, dont wait it out, ring your gynac. I learnt to never ignore sharp pain.
Mild cramps are normal early on, it's the uterus stretching and implantation. I had them both times, like a dull period ache. But if it's sharp, one-sided or comes with bleeding, that's a different story, call your doctor.
Yes, I felt mild cramps in my early weeks and got so scared thinking it was my period coming. Turns out light cramping is common as the uterus changes. Once my gynac reassured me I felt so much better.
