This is my first time and i didnt expect any kind of stomach pain so early. Now i keep wondering if its a normal part of pregnancy or something to worry about. Do most women get stomach pain at some point? anyone else?
I keep getting mild tummy aches and it makes me nervous. Did others also get this regularly? My gynac said some discomfort is normal but I still worry honestly.
Yes mild stomach aches are super common, mostly gas, stretching or constipation. Both my pregnancies had it. Small meals, water and a little walk usually fixed it for me.
Mild aches yes, normal. But strong cramping, sharp pain or pain with bleeding is different, call your gynac for those. Dont ignore severe pain thinking its routine.
