Just found out im pregnant and im getting these mild period jaise cramps in my lower pet. No bleeding or anything but thoda tension ho rahi hai. Is this normal in the first few weeks?
Honestly, I have read that mild cramping is one of the earliest signs. But how do we know if it's normal or serious? I guess if it hurts a lot, checking with a doctor is always the safest option.
Mild cramping happens as the embryo implants and the uterus stretches. However, if the cramps are severe, concentrated on one side, or if there is bleeding, you must consult your gynac immediately to rule out any complications.
Mild cramps are totally normal, feels like your period is about to start. Don't stress too much, it's just your uterus expanding! But yeah, if the pain gets bad or you see any spotting, call your doc immediately.
Yes, I had mild cramps in the first few weeks, almost like mild period pain. It's quite common as your body changes. But if it is accompanied by heavy backache or bleeding, definitely check with your doctor.
I totally understand how scary every little pain can feel in the beginning. For me, it was just mild stretching. Please take lots of rest, and if you feel the pain is too sharp, please call your doctor to stay safe.
