I might be around 5-6 weeks and my lower back has been aching on and off, kind of like before periods. Im a bit worried since its so early. Did anyone feel back pain this early too?
I felt a dull lower back ache even in the early weeks and didnt expect it so soon. It was the hormones loosening things up, my doctor said. A warm compress and gentle rest helped me a lot.

Yes its common early on due to hormonal changes, both my pregnancies started with mild back ache. Light stretches and good posture help. But if the pain is sharp, one sided or with bleeding, call your gynac.
