Do you still have pregnancy symptoms with a missed miscarriage?
I am scared because my last scan was delayed and I still feel nausea and breast pain. I read that symptoms can continue even if something is wrong, now my mind is not calm. Has anyone gone through this?

It can happen that you still feel pregnant for some time, the body doesnt always realise immediately. I know this is scary. Please see your doctor and get an ultrasound, thats the only way to know for sure, dont go by symptoms.

When I asked my doctor about this, she explained the hormone hCG can stay elevated for a while so symptoms like sore breasts or nausea can continue. So symptoms alone arent reliable. The only sure check is the ultrasound, please book one if you're unsure.
