Does a full blood count detect pregnancy?

I had a CBC done last week for some weakness and now im 4 days late. Just curious if a normal blood count report would have shown anything about pregnancy or not. Anyone know?

I wondered this too when I had random blood tests done. Turns out you have to specifically ask for the hcg one. The regular CBC doesn't show it.
